WARRANTY

We DO NOT offer warranty on any products sold on Deadstock Boots against wear or defects during use. All products are sold "as is" at time of purchase. Please be aware that older footwear may be more susceptible to wear and/or failure due to age. 

RETURNS

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any products. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic you may experience shipping delays in your country.

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location. Below are estimated shipping times for our STANDARD TRACKED shipping. All economy shipments are sent USPS and transferred to your countries postal service for delivery.

USA - 7-12 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)   
Canada - 7-12 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday) 
UK - 7-35 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday) 
Most of Europe - 7-35 Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday) 
Rest of the World 7-35 Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday) 

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

Please note every country has different duties and taxes which may or may not be incurred on your order. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged to your package upon delivery. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for in stock items to be processed and shipped, and up to 72 hours for drop ship items. Drop ship items will be specified in the product description. Weekends and holidays excluded. 

All footwear with the original box will be shipped in a larger box. We are not responsible for any damage to the original box that may be incurred during shipping. Any damage to the original box is specified in the product description.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and correct shipping address. In the event that the incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be refunded the value of the item, but NOT the cost of shipping. Items will not be reshipped to the same address if returned.
